Please read all the terms and conditions carefully before contacting me. By requesting a commission, I assume that you have read and are in agreement with all the conditions below.

Payment process

1 Payment will be via PayPal or ko-fi1.2 Said payment will be made only in dollars ($)1.3 I will only begin working on your order once I have received the full payment.1.4 After confirming the payment, I will send you the first sketch during the time frame of one week. If something happens and I can't meet that time frame, I will keep you updated. I will only proceed to the next step when the previous one is approved.1.5 You must Add ONLY your username to the PayPal noteOPTIONAL: when making the payment it would help me if you included the commission that Paypal charges

General information

2 You are only purchasing the digital file (.png), not the printed work. The original file (.psd) will not be sent.2.1 Commercial use of any type of my art is not permitted. Commissions are purely for personal use.2.3 You can request WIPs as long as it is not excessive, since this delays the way I work.2.4 I may send you a WIP without your request if I need to clarify a question and/or have to make a small change.2.5 Minor touch-ups will be completely free. maximum 5 per stage of the work (sketch, line art, color)2.6 Consider that some colors of the character's palette may look slightly different due to the shadow and lighting effects implemented. All this so that they fit better with my coloring style.2.7 Depending on the complexity of the character and the number of details, the original price can increase up to 25%2.8 I reserve the right to decline your request if I am not sure I can express what you request or I do not feel comfortable with it.2.9 Avoid asking me to draw in a different style. Only styles shown in the commission list are available. You can visit my gallery to better appreciate some examples.

Permissions

3 As the artist, I have all rights reserved on the illustration made.3.1 As an artist, I have the freedom to sign all my works.3.2 Absolutely all completed commissions will be published publicly on each of my pages. If for any reason you wish to keep your client name/alias or that of your OC (not canon/official characters) anonymous, please let me know in advance.4 As a client you are authorized to:4.1 Raise the commission to your networks. Please give the propers credits to Tessarts and a link to https://tessartscard.carrd.co/4.2 Use the commission for personal purposes (print it for yourself, give it as a gift to a friend, etc.) Use it as an avatar or decoration on any of your networks as long as it is for personal and non-profit use.5 As a client you are NOT authorized to:5.1 You cannot modify the final file in any way. If you need to modify the file or this usage, please contact me to negotiate.5.2 Trace or take the illustration as a basis for tracing.5.3 Use it for commercial purposes.5.4 Do not mint the illustration into N/F/T/s, nor use it in A/I art softwares5.5 Do NOT Delete my signature.
